Benefits of HGH Thearpy
Some Of Many Benefits of Human Growth Hormone Replacement Treatment
The Pituitary Gland is the “master switchboard” of the human endocrine system that secretes hormones, which control sexual development, reproductive function, metabolism, growth, and much more.
As the body ages, the pituitary slows or stops releasing many of these hormones which leads to the external and internal physical aging process. This includes loose, wrinkled skin, cellulite, loss of muscle mass, weight gain, mood problems depression, memory loss, hypertension and cholesterol, reduced libido, and more.
Doctors will probably treat these symptoms with prescriptions that have very dangerous side effects. Nonetheless that is part of the difficulty; they mask the symptoms, not cure the root of the problem. Additionally, the fortunes spent on creams for ageing skin do little more than moisturize.
Hormone replacement Treatment (HRT) with the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) fixes the roots of the difficulty, not just masks it. Replacing the HGH the body stops producing with correct diet, exercise, and skin treatment will supply the greatest recipe for anti-aging success in opposition to diet, exercise, and skin therapy alone. HGH will supply serious benefits like improved skin flexibility, reduced fat tissue, increased lean muscle and strength, reduced cellulite, boosted healing processes, improved kidney function, improved bone density, reduced depression and mood fluctuations and increased libido.
There are plenty of more advantages to HGH replacement. Nevertheless it is crucial to work closely with a doctor who is very skilled and can evaluate the correct dose and delivery methodology for the best results with a lower likelihood of negative side-effects. Bear in mind that purchasing HGH online is a crime, and those that sell it possibly are shipping fake product, which could be damaging. It is very important to do research and hunt down highly qualified medics for HGH. HGH should be administered only after comprehensive assessments and exams have been conducted.
HGH replacement care is a great way to slow getting older and reduce the frequency of aging illnesses and conditions. HGH therapy may provide so many advantages to receivers that each will feel better about themselves, more assured, and more healthy.

HGH For Brain Health
HGH For A More Enduring Healthier Brain
Human growth hormone (HGH) has revealed a noteworthy multitude of results for the brain through numerous clinical trails. The infusion of HGH into the brain can exceedingly benefit the brain in numerous ways and this is indicated by the sizeable amount of receptors in sundry parts of the brain distinctively for the HGH molecule. Scientists have thought it to be scientifically not possible for HGH to be infused into the brain because of the blood brain barrier which filters out huge molecules such as the HGH molecule. Scientists injected patients with the HGH molecule and then did a spinal tap in the cerebrospinal fluid which runs from the brain in order to verify the impossiblity of HGH to breach the blood brain barrier. To the surprise of the scientists when they did the spinal tap there was a tenfold increase in the cerebrospinal fluid of HGH. In this instance they could at least effectively authenticate that HGH in reality did get into the brain but could not scientifically scrutinize and observe it. There are so many examples like this such as in the clincally tested results that people get from homeopathic products where most in the scientific community and people such as proud anti quack quacks allege it is in contradiction of science and phony simply because science has not been capable to fully analyze and grasp something. They subsequently discover that what is deemed nonscientific is in fact a science that they have not yet advanced into.
In view of the fact that there is no difficulty for HGH to enter the brain because the blood brain barrier by some means can filter it out, let us look at some of the results of HGH for the brain. The brain as well as all our additional organs such as the skin, bones and heart which shrivel with age grow back towards their orginal dimension with enhanced function through HGH thearpy. At age 20 our brain reaches its biggest dimension and then begins to get smaller until by 90 years old it is 10% less in weight. Experts in the field of neuroscience say that this shrinkage is not due to the loss of 50,000 to 100,000 brain cells a day that occurs as one ages, but rather because dendritic connections between cells are being lost. Many still think the brain shrinks due to the loss of 50,000 to 100,000 brains cells a day which occurs as one ages, but experts in the field of neuroscience say this is rather due to the loss of dendritic connections between cells. These dendritic branch like connections between brain cells have a lot to do with our capability to function and our memory. The growth and regrowth of these peripheral dendrites is stimulated by HGH growth factors including others cells such as the glial cells which nurture these neurons or brain cells. The confirmation that HGH benefits intellect was demonstrated by making rats that had been receiving growth hormone thearpy to swim through a complex maze and making another group of rats the same age that had not recieved any growth hormone to do the same thing. The rats that were on growth hormone could swim through this maze and the other group of rats could not. Growth hormone also plays a most important role in newborns and young animals by stimulating the growth of neurons and glial cells which support neurons. Tests show the cells of the myelin sheath that protect the central nervous system are increased by HGH thearpy which means taking HGH protects from the symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
There has also been important reduction and prevention of brain cell death that has been demonstrated through growth hormone thearpy. As we age, there is the degrading cells in the brain which is brought about by oxygen free radicals which are damaging volatile molecules. This benefits in degenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and other neurodegeneration diseases. Cells die because these free radicals set off very damaging enzymes known as proteases which can rapidly damage the protein in cells to the extent that the cell dies. These free radicals are effectively eliminated from doing this damaging work by HGH activating protease inhibitors which act directly on these destructive proteases.
Programmed cell death known as apoptosis is also prevented by HGH thearpy. This has been demonstrated by scientists introducing an apoptosis stimulating gene into brain cells which causes them to die. Growth hormone is subsequently introduced into these cells that are about to die and produces protease inhibitors which effectively blocks the apoptosis or programmed cell death of the brain cells.
HGH also effects the brain with a younger mind set because HGH lowers dopamine and raises the level of B- endorphin in the brain. B-endorphin also celebrated as the brain’s own morphine, increases after extreme work out and is responsible for the high feeling one experiences after concentrated exercise. Children that are depraved of love have been revealed through clincal testing to also be deficient in HGH and to also be the ones that fail to get bigger. This means that children will get taller when they are truly shown love through friendliness such as touching and hugging. In other words, love stimulates the discharge of HGH. Noticeably, HGH should be a great answer to depression. In fact, some patients that claim that HGH is more helpful at relieving depression than Prozac. This lact of feeling high and motivated because of lowering HGH levels as one ages is alas a important reason why people when they are older are less motivated to do things and be proactive to recover their health through taking products such as homeopathic HGH.
What Are Secretagogues?
WHAT ARE SECRETAGOGUES?
Secretagogues or certain combinations of amino acids which some also refer to as amino acid stacks. This particular amino acids are able to penetrate the blood brain barrier when taken two hours before after a meal. This causes stimulation in the pituitary gland, which releases HGH into the blood where it only stays for a few minutes and is then taken up into the liver. The liver converts human growth hormone into insulin growth factor one also known as also known as IGF-I. Insulin growth factor I then travels to all parts of the body and basically attaches to the cells in the body and sends a message inside the cell telling the cell to repair itself. Taking secretagogues before or after a meal consistently over a period of six months to a year will cause the organs in those from their mid-30s and up to grow back towards the size of when they were younger and with better function. Secretagogues will not raise insulin growth factor up as high as needle injectable HGH but still increase insulin growth factor one enough to bring about the same results over a period of time. It is difficult to remember to take a product such as secretagogues because it has to be taken at least two hours after or before meal. The advantages of secretagogues are that they are inexpensive and completely natural. This means that there will not be unhealthy side effects because they work with the body to increase the anabolic and regenerative processes.

1. What Is It?
The pituitary gland produces HGH more than any other hormone. Pituitary cells also called somatotrophin make HGH which is also known as somatotrophin. This is released into the blood for only a few minutes and then taken up into the liver where it is converted into growth factors. The most important of these is Insulin Growth Factor One (IGF-1). It is IGF-1 that is used as a measurement rather than HGH itself as to how much HGH is being secreted by the body and it is IGF-1 that is most directly responsible for the benefits mentioned on this site. Most HGH is secreted into the bloodstream in brief bursts, and most HGH secretion takes place during the early hours of REM (deep) sleep.
Once in the bloodstream, human growth hormone stays there for only a short time, only a few minutes, just long enough to stimulate its uptake into the liver, where it is then converted into growth factors. The most important of these growth factors is called IGF-1, short for Insulin-like Growth Factor-1. IGF-1 is also known as somatomedin C.
Growth hormone exerts its actions either directly or indirectly through its intermediary insulin growth factors (IGF-1) to every organ system of the body. Almost nothing escapes its magic touch. In the same ways that it grows the bones of young children, it increases the size of most organs and tissue. Even the brain is affected. The latest studies in animals show that it can regenerate damaged brain tissue.
It is IGF-1, rather than growth hormone itself, which can vary widely through the day, that is used as a measurement of how much growth hormone is being secreted by the body. IGF-1 is directly responsible for most of the benefits and actions associated with HGH. IGF-1 is 10 times more potent than human growth hormone and is now under investigation as a separate drug for many of the same indications of human growth hormone. Phil Micans of International Aging Systems in London believes that IGF-1 will be the hormone of choice in a few years.
2. Get at the Blueprint of Aging
The blueprint of aging is in the DNA under the hood of the telomere”, the “clock” at the end of every chromosome that is shortened with each cell division, says noted plastic surgeon and anti-aging researcher, Vincent Giampapa, MD, director of clinical research at the Longevity Institute International in Montclair, New Jersey. To actually reverse aging at the cellular level, we will need a substance that will restore telomere length and like a genie turn old cells into young ones. That is not yet available, although Giampapa believes it will be in less than a decade. Until then, growth hormone and its attendant hormone IGF-1 can do the next best thing, help keep the cell in as healthy a state as possible.
The cell’s ability to function depends on the genetic material, the DNA, in the nucleus of the cell which codes for all the proteins, hormones, and enzymes that make the cell run. The DNA is like an army under constant attack from oxygen free-radicals, ultraviolet light, the heat of the body, and other damaging factors. Although the DNA has the ability to repair itself, it falls down on the job with age, a victim of the same aging process that affects the cell. At the same time, damage is accumulating in the energy center of the cell, the mitochondria, which has its own DNA. Up until now, one of the few ways we could limit the damage to the DNA was to take antioxidant supplements such as vitamin C and E to bolster our own defenses.
But, according to Dr. Giampapa and Thierry Hertoghe, MD, a physician specializing in hormone replacement therapy in Brussels, the latest European research shows that human growth hormone and IGF-1 can go further than antioxidants and can do what antioxidants cannot. Human growth hormone and IGF-1 act like carriers to bring the cell the raw materials it needs for renovation and repair. IGF-1 launches the delivery of the nucleic acids, DNA and RNA, right into the cell nucleus, where the DNA resides. The nucleic acids are used to repair damage to the DNA and stimulate cell division. Growth hormone initiates the transport of amino acids, the building blocks of protein, and nucleic acids into the cytoplasm of the cell, the area outside the nucleus. This includes the cell membranes and intracellular organelles, such as the mitochondria. In this way, human growth hormone and IGF-1 don’t just minimize the damage to the DNA and cellar structures, they help heal the cell and the DNA. These two hormones actually treat the blueprints of aging.
3. Information on IGF-1
IGF-1 is the other end of the growth hormone chain, the downstream player that actually exerts most of the effects we associate with human growth hormone. IGF-1 is causing a great deal of excitement among two groups, researchers who are exploring its vast potential and bodybuilders who are already using it and claiming eyepopping gains in muscle.
4. IGF-1 Is More Potent HGH
Human growth hormone exerts most of its effects through IGF-1. Therefore, it is not surprising that IGF-1 injections will do for you what human growth hormone does–and then some, according to its proponents. It increases lean body mass, reduces fat, builds bone, muscle, and nerves. By taking it directly, you bypass the pituitary gland, which may be “burnt out” with aging.
IGF-1 appears to be even more potent than growth hormone in its anti-aging action. According to Keith Kelly, Ph.D., who did the work showing that growth hormone reversed the shrinking of the thymus, when he does his experiments on cells in culture, only IGF-1–and not growth hormone– works. But both IGF-1 and growth hormone work in the living animal. “I know that both growth hormone and IGF-1 are substantially elevated in the old animals treated with growth hormone,” he says, “but my prediction is that the main player is going to be IGF-1.”
5. IGF-1 Against Brain Aging Disease
One of the spectacularly exciting uses of growth hormone and IGF-1 may be to prevent and treat the effects of brain aging. In an experiment that has momentous implications for brain injury, stroke, aging, and neurodegenerative disease, a team of scientists in New Zealand showed that IGF-1 can stop the death of cells in the brain. Barbara Johnston, Peter Gluckman, and their colleagues at the University of Auckland found that injections of IGF-1 given 2 hours after brain injury in fetal lambs rescued the damaged neurons and salvaged cells that would otherwise have died during apoptosis, which is the programmed cell death that is believed to cause the loss of brain cells for up to 3 days after the original injury. The treatment was effective in stopping the cell death throughout the brain, including the hippocampus, the cortex, the areas associated with thinking and memory. The treatment was also effective in the striatum, the part of the brain that plays a role in Parkinson’s disease in humans. IGF-1 replacement was also found to reduce seizures in animals with brain damage.
These researchers also suggest that IGF-1 might be used to inhibit the effects of neonatal hypoxia during birth (lack of oxygen to the brain) which can leave a baby with permanent brain damage. If IGF-1 can stop the programmed death of cells, then this opens up a world of undreamed-of-possibilities. For instance, the programmed death of cardiac cells after a heart attack leaves the victim with a heart full of dead tissue that before could not be repaired. Brain tissue is destroyed due to a stroke (CVA), and this cell death many times leaves the victim unable to walk, talk, or think clearly. It may also play a role in other neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, muscular dystrophy, and multiple sclerosis. For the first time we may have a weapon against death at the cellular level.
6. IGF-1 Improving Glucose Metabolism
As its name indicates IGF-1, or insulin-like growth factor-1, has similar properties to insulin, and it has been shown to improve blood sugar profiles in type 2 diabetic patients. High doses of growth hormone have been shown to increase insulin resistance, but IGF-1 administration actually normalized the insulin resistance in a group of healthy volunteers.
In the latter study, Nelly Mauras and Bernard Beaufrere of the Nemours Children’s Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, were looking at several different things: the effect of IGF-1 on protein metabolism; its ability to stop the protein-wasting caused by glucocorticosteroid drugs like prednisone, and its effect on insulin and glucose metabolism. They divided the volunteers into three groups who got one of the following: IGF-1 alone, IGF-1 plus prednisone, and prednisone alone. The study found that IGF-1 at 100 micrograms per kilogram of body weight given twice daily enhanced the body’s protein metabolism in the same way as growth hormone. Like growth hormone, it markedly decreased the protein breakdown in the volunteers who were taking prednisone. But whereas growth hormone in an earlier study caused carbohydrate intolerance and insulin resistance when given in combination with prednisone, IGF-1 did not cause these diabetes-like effects. Instead, those subjects who received IGF-1 along with prednisone had normal glucose metabolism. This was remarkable, say the researchers, in light of the fact that glucocorticoids are known to suppress circulating insulin and decrease insulin sensitivity. As a result of this and previous studies, the researchers believe that IGF-1 offers promise in the treatment of protein catabolic states, such as patients who require IV feedings after surgery.
7. IGF-1 Helping Diabetes
Two 1997 double-blind clinical studies showed that recombinant IGF-1 injections can markedly reduce the need for insulin by up to 45% in patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. One study involved 8 adults between ages 24 and 49 and the other 43 children and adolescents between the ages of 8 and 17. In the adult trial, IGF-1 also lowered the total cholesterol and triglycerides after only four days of treatment.
While these were short term trials lasting nineteen days and four weeks, respectively, that fact that the insulin requirement dropped markedly and there were no serious side effects make IGF-1 a promising drug for the treatment of diabetes. While it does not do away with the need for insulin, it improved the control of blood sugar and thus may help prevent the dire complications of diabetes, including heart disease, blindness, and peripheral nerve damage that can lead to amputation.
8. IGF-1 Regenerating Nerves
Another exciting potential use of IGF-1 is in the repair of peripheral nerve tissue that has been damaged by injury or illness. If a nerve is torn in the arm or leg, it means that the connection to the muscle may be impaired, and as a result there is loss of movement and the muscle atrophies. While peripheral nerves can regenerate to some extent, severe tears of more than a few millimeters may result in permanent injury. Now IGF-1 has repaired and reconnected severed nerve endings of up to a distance of 6 millimeters, a feat previously unheard of.
Swedish scientist Hans-Arne Hansson of the Institute of Neurobiology at the University of Goteborg found that IGF-1 in combination with other growth factors could stimulate even more dramatic regeneration. “IGF-1 by itself and in combination with other growth factors is likely to be of importance in promoting healing and repair processes in clinical practice within a few years,” he writes.
In studies of cells in culture and in animals, IGF-1 has been shown to have remarkable effects on the spinal cord motor neurons. It increased motor neuron activity in spinal cord cultures by 150 to 270 percent. And it significantly decreased programmed cell death in developing chick embryos. In animal studies, it enhanced the sprouting of axons of the spinal cord motor neurons. And it increased intramuscular nerve sprouting a whopping ten fold when it was given to normal adult rats. In fact, according to a group of researchers at Cephalon, Inc., in West Chester, Pennsylvania, IGF-1 may be the “long-sought endogenous motor neuron sprouting factor.”
The implications of this work for helping people is nothing short of mind-boggling. If IGF-1 can regenerate spinal cord motor neurons, it may be useful in treating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), a devastating disease in which the loss of spinal cord and cortical motor neurons results in complete paralysis and death. It may also be useful for peripheral neuropathies, such as Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome.
John Wittig, MD, of UCLA has been using IGF-1 to prevent AIDS wasting in HIV infected patients. IGF-1 may allow more aggressive chemotherapy of certain cancers, since drugs like vincristine and cisplatin can cause peripheral neuropathies at higher doses.
The Growth Factor Army
IGF-1 is only one of the body’s many growth factors that are now being identified, isolated, and cloned using genetic engineering technology for use as drugs. As growth factor researcher Eric Dupont, Ph.D., says, “Growth hormone is the general and growth factors are the foot soldiers.” Growth factors function like hormones, hooking onto the receptors of cells and sending a biochemical signal across the cell’s interior. Whereas hormones usually send long distance messages, growth factors for the most part do local calls.
9. IGF-1, The Bodybuilder’s Dream
A number of world-class bodybuilders are using IGF-1 and reporting massive muscle magnification of up to 20 pounds. An article in Muscle Mass 2000 trumpets IGF-1 as “Possibly the Most Potent Bodybuilding Drug Ever!” According to author T.C. Luoma, “IGF-1 is out there on the streets of America right now; it’s being sold out of the trunks of cars in Venice and brown paper packages containing it are being discreetly handed out at Southern California gyms.” While there are no controlled studies supporting the musclemen’s claims, the anecdotal evidence is building up. “Bodybuilders are claiming they are experiencing drops of 5% body fat in a month, while increases in lean body mass and strength are ‘incredible.’ Statements like, ‘It’s the most wonderful stuff in the world, and ‘I couldn’t believe it man’ are the norm.”
There are skeptics, such as Mauro Di Pasquale, MD, an expert in performance-enhancing compounds, but there is a rationale for the belief that HGH taken with IGF-1 will work better. There is a feedback mechanism between the human growth hormone in the pituitary gland and the IGF-1 in the liver. The human growth hormone stimulates the release of IGF-1, but when the levels of IGF-1 rise to a certain point in the circulation, it signals the shutdown of growth hormone. But there is a lag time in all of this, which means that growth hormone levels increase at night and IGF-1 levels increase during the day. Bodybuilders hope that taking the two together will have a double-fisted effect on protein synthesis.

HGH and Wounds
HGH IMPROVES AND
SPEEDS UP WOUND HEALING
It is now known that human growth hormone (HGH) is very powerful to give greater healing and restoration of health after illness, injury or surgery. It is now quiet common to find that administration of Hgh for those that are recovering from extreme burns, surgery or malnourishment. Studies of Hgh on burn patents showed it shows it stimulates protein synthesis needed for healing and increases blood flow in the whole body. Other animal and human studies show it increases the stimulation of collagen which is the glue that holds tissue together and increases the tensile strength of wounds and causes them to close faster. Injuries in some after Hgh thearpy were healed so perfectly that one could not have known there was an injury. Studies show that bones are more strengthened after fracture and also mend together faster. In one double blind trial patents were receiving IV feedings. The ones that were given Hgh were able to conserve protein while others that were not given Hgh lost protein.
HGH and Hair
HGH HAIR BENEFITS
In a clinical trial done by Medical doctors Cass Terry and Edmund Chein the effects of human growth hormone (HGH) thearpy involved 308 randomly selected questionnaires from 202 patients treated between 1994 and 1996 out of the total onf 800 patients in the trial on HGH. This questionarie was 180 days after starting on the HGH. On average patients indicated a 38% improvement in hair growth. I have read a number of testimonies where people have experienced thicker hair, a measure of more color coming back and a slight increase in hair growing in bald areas. I myself gave Hgh to a friend. A few weeks after he phoned up exicted because he noticed that his dark hair color was coming back and replacing some of the gray hair.

HGH and Skin
HGH INCREASES SKIN
THICKNESS AND FLEXIBILITY
HGH therapy (human growth hormone) is the only anti-aging treatment that is known to make people actually become younger on their face and at that by a whopping 10 years or more. The proteins of our skin consist of collagen and elastin which when we’re young are neatly intertwined like a beautifully designed rug. Just like a rug that is exposed to heat, light and various impacts begins to loose its color and get various holes and abrasions so dose our skin begin to develop deep wrinkles and spots as the neat consistent pattern of collagen and elastin erodes. One factor in this erosion is the decrease in the manufacture of elastin and collagen as well as a change in their intertwined structure. As we age the fat just below our skin on our face is lost and with that loss comes less hydration of our skin cells so that they dry out and shrink leaving the prune like appearance of age. Aging causes fat to collect around the belly and to be lost on the face.

1. DYSFUNCTION BY BLOCKAGE (return to top)
At one time experts thought that psychological factors were the main cause of sexual impotence. However, the evidence now shows that physical causes are responsible for 75% and in men over age 50 as much as 90% have a physical cause. Also, half the cases of erectile dysfunction in men over 50 is caused by arteriosclerosis of the penile arteries. It is the buildup of cholesterol plaques in the tiny blood channels that feed the penis that cause failure of erection in the same way that there is heart failure due to build up of cholesterol that causes blockage of the arteries. Erectile dysfunction is also looked at as a forewarning of an upcoming heart attack or stroke by medical experts. The very same factors that contribute towards heart disease are the very same factors that are indicators and contributors towards sexual impotence which include high triglycerides, cigarette smoking, hide total cholesterol, low HDL, and high HDL. HGH effectively reverses these factors. Some other common diseases that contribute toward sexual dysfunction are insulin dependent diabetes and untreated hypertension which unfortunately when treated also uses drugs that contribute towards impotence.
2. DYSFUNCTION BY LOW TESTOSTERONE LEVELS (return to top)
The other major cause of erection failure is low levels of testosterone and thyroid hormones. The great majority of these cases is due to low testosterone levels. It is still not well known that just as women experience menopause which is associated with a sudden decline in estrogen so also men experience andropause which is associated with a gradual decline in testosterone. Unhealthy men have a large drop in testosterone but in the average healthy man in his late forties or early fifties there is 1/3 to ½ the level of testosterone that he had in his twenties. This is not as universal as in women but some men experience hot flashes, loss of energy, dry skin, sweating, aches, pains, and depression which is associated with the decline in testosterone. The decline in testosterone brings the same signs of aging that the decline in HGH (human growth hormone reveals). This is increased body fat, decreased muscle mass, loss of libido, and failure to have erections. In some cases the loss of testosterone is due to pituitary disease.
3. DYSFUNCTION BY LIFESTYLE (return to top)
Lifestyle factors have a significant part to play as well. In recent years it has been discovered that smoking is a major contributor towards cutting off the circulation of the penile artery and heavy drinking is not far behind. For some, maybe this will motivate more to give up smoking than the fear of losing their lives.
4. GROWTH HORMONE STATISTICAL EVIDENCE (return to top)
There is a very close parallel between the decline of growth hormone release in the body and the decline of male potency. Studies such as the Massachusetts Male Aging Study ( M. M. A .S.) did a random sampling of 1290 men and found that erectile dysfunction increased from 5% at age 40 to 15% at age 79 with difficulties in having erections experienced by 52% in the older age group. A young man is usually able to have sex every day and maybe even several times a day. By the forties this is down to two or three times a week and by age 60 about once a week or less. Doctors L. Cass Terry and Edmund Chein who did the first clinical study of the effects of HGH replacement on 202 people which included 172 men revealed that a full three quarters of the participants had a significant increase in sexual potency and frequency. Also, a full 62% of the men reported that they were experiencing erections for a longer period of time. The vast majority of those on growth hormone replacement report increased sexual appetite and performance which for the most part puts to rest any plausible argument to the contrary.
5. FEMALE FUNCTION AND ESTROGEN (return to top)
Unlike men, healthy women can enjoy intense orgasms into old age. However, starting around age 45 a significant loss of estrogen contributes towards the experience of dryness and atrophy of the viginal tissues which makes things even worse by menopause. This can cause many women to avoid having sexual intercourse or to have it less frequently. This lack of use results in losing the enjoyment of sex and the ability to have organisms in the same way that a man risks losing it if he doesn’t use it. Also, many older women complain of a lack of libdo and even come to the point where they have sex hardly at all and argue that they have lost interest in having sex. This is often related to hormonal decline of testosterone, DHEA, and HGH and not only of estrogen. It is these other hormones and not estrogen, with its ability to relubricate the vagina, that are the main factor in awakening sexual interest in older women.
6. FEMALE FUNCTION AND GROWTH HORMONE (return to top)
Human growth hormone is the most powerful of all these hormones in its ability to restore the orgasmic levels to highly fulfilling function and drive that women delighted in their youth. There is greater potency, heightened pleasure and increased libido borne out in greater multiplicity of orgasms by women on human growth hormone therapy. This increased sexual activity also has a rejuvenating effect on the pituitary and the neuroendocrine aixis. Also growth hormone significantly alleviates menstrual and post menopausal symptoms. For example, the 55 year old female doctor had her hot flashes completely disappear on HGH therapy. Her FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) levels dropped from 60, which is menopausal, to 8, which is normal for a young menstruating woman. Another factor that contributes towards heightened sexuality is the fact that growth hormone results and firmer skin and and the replacement of a flabby body with a nicely toned body which gives one the sense of being more attractive with a greater sense of well being and motivated attraction.
7. SEXUAL ORGAN REGROWTH (return to top)
It is a well documented fact that growth hormone causes organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, brain, spleen, other vital organs such as the skin which all shrink with age to grow back to far more younger size with better function. This also holds true concerning the sexual organs of the penis and clitoris which start to shrink beginning in the fourth decade. Studies such as those carried out by Edmund Chein show that the when hormones are restored to the level of a twenty year old, the penis and clitoris fully return to their original size after between six months and two years or longer of use. Doctors giving growth hormone therapy say that many of their patients report returning to the ability to have multiple orgasms and even have better experience than when they were in their twenties. However, this does not mean that one can be guaranteed such results . It also depends on having good muscle and the proper supply of blood with the correct amount of hormone in the body.
8. HGH AND YOUTHFUL RECOVERY TIME (return to top)
There are many well substantiated and written testimonies which can be found in books like, Grow Young With HGH, by doctor Ronald Klatz that clearly reveal a powerful increase in optimal sexual function. People in their sixties find they can have sex every day and even two or three times a day whenever they want instead of only once or twice a week. The average recovery time for a 55 year old man after orgasm is eighteen hours and yet there are those that say it is now two minutes or less at age 55. Another factor that can increase sexual function are leg squats and leg press exercises because they feed leg and thigh muscles which go right to the penile artery. Furthermore, one of the greatest benefits of taking growth hormone is the fact that increases your ability to exercise longer harder.
9. HGH REVERSES SEXUAL DECLINE AT ALL BODY LEVELS (return to top)
Growth hormone reverses the decline of sexual function and intensity as one ages at every level in the organization of the human body. At the overall systematic level, human growth hormone (HGH) results in more blood pumped into the penis so that there is firmer more sustained erections because it improves cardiac function and circulation of the blood to every part of the body. Also growth hormone increases the good HDL cholesterol which seems to increase peripheral circulation through plaque removing properties. One study reveals that raising the level of HDL cholesterol increases the likelihood of an erection. Also growth hormone accelerates the repair of tiny tears in the penis and vessel damage caused from trauma during sexual intercourse or other forms of activity. On the hormone level there is a direct feedback between the pituitary hormones and the hormones of the ovaries and testes. There is increased production of sperm and eggs through improving the effect of the reproductive hormones. This can play a significant role against male and female infertility. Also raising HGH levels is enough to bring the testosterone levels of many men up to normal so that there is no need to take testosterone. Also growth hormone has a tremendously positive effect on the brain which improves the whole nervous system to a greater level of sensitivity and activation which would increase the feeling of pleasure. On the cellular level GH increases protein synthesis and cell division which causes the regrowth of organs. On the tissue level it contributes towards nitrogen retention which has the anabolic effect of building muscle mass.

8. HGH THEARPY UNLIKE DRUGS FORMS BONE
9. OTHER IMPORTANT PREVENTATIVES AGAINST OSTEOPOROSIS
1. THE SHOCKING FACTS ABOUT OSTEOPOROSIS (return to top)
It is interesting, that in the West where people digest larger amounts of calcium, especially dairy products, there is far greater incidents of hip fractures and death due to bone loss or what is known as osteoporosis. In fact women in the West have a higher chance of dying from osteoporosis than from cancer. 1 in 4 women suffer from osteoporosis while only one in eight men suffer from this condition. The Osteoporosis and related Bone Disease National Resource Center reports that “Osteoporosis is responsible for more than 1.5 million fractures annually, including 300,000 hip fractures and approximately 700,000 vertebral fractures, 250,000 wrist fractures, and more than 300,000 fractures at other sites.” This will continue to increase until we get at the root of these problems. In fact in the last decade osteoporosis has increased sevenfold. Milk is not the answer and studies show the those that drink milk less frequently or not at all actually have healthier bones with far less fractures and breaks. Studies also show milk is linked to other problems including obesity, heart disease, and cancer, and is likely to be contaminated with antibiotics, hormones, and other chemicals, including dioxin, one of the most toxic substances known.
2. THE MAJOR FACTOR CAUSING OSTEOPOROSIS (return to top)
In order to get to the root of this problem one needs to understand the major contribution towards bone loss. The bones of our body are in a constant process of renewal through the action of two cells. The cells that form new bones are called osteoblasts and the cells that break down bones are called osteoclasts. You can imagine what would happen if the formation and growth of new bone continued without being held in check. Your bones would soon become so large and distorted that you would look 10 times worse than Frankenstein. From birth to age 30 there’s a steady increase in bone mass because the osteoblasts exceed in cell build up more than the osteoclasts in tearing down bone cells. After age 30 the opposite becomes increasingly a reality so that men over 50 have reached 2 percent of bone formation while bone reabsorption is 2.2%. This loss occurs throughout the body in bones that anchor the teeth, the hips, the legs, and the spine. This results in atrophy of the jaws, and also brings about shrinkage of height due to loss of water in the intervertebral disks.
3. SHORT TERM HGH THEARPY IS NOT THE ANSWER (return to top)
Studies now seem to indicate diminishing supplies of growth hormone results in inactive growth hormone receptors in the bone as we age and is a major cause of bone loss and resulting fracture of hips. However, short-term treatment of osteoporosis with human growth hormone has not for the most part shown improvement and some cases has even resulted in loss of bone density. One would think that since growth hormone had its original therapeutic use in young children deficient in growth hormone in order to stimulate the growth of their skeletal bones that there would be even better results in older people. A six month study by Dr. Rudman in men over 65 showed human growth hormone increased bone density by 1.6% in the lumbar vertebrae. However, there was no increase in other areas of the body such as the femur of the leg, and radius bone in the arm.
4. TWO YEAR HGH THEARPY STUDIES SHOW WONDEROUS RESULTS (return to top)
HGH and good bones are very interrelated. However , an unpublished study done at Bengtsson’s Laboratory led by Gudmundur Johannsson over a two-year period on 24 men and 20 women between ages of 23 and 66 that were severely deficient in growth hormone showed significant bone density improvement. There was significant increase in the density of bones that form the hip joint and the vertebrae of the lower spine and significant increases in calcium, osteocalcin, and two types of collagen which are all a major markers of bone formation. The study also revealed those with the worst bone loss condition to receive the greatest benefits. Even more amazing, all this study continued to get even stronger bone density after the two-year study as they continue taking growth hormone.
5. STUDIES SHOW LONGER, MORE ABSORBANT, & STRONGER SPINE (return to top)
Bengtsson said that their patients also increased in height with the greatest height increase being one-and-a-half inches from a growth hormone deficient women. This happens because growth hormone increases bone mineral content in the disks and also increases protein synthesis. Most of the growth occurs in the intervertebral disks between the bones of the spine which are like shock absorbers and consist mostly of water. Because protein synthesis increases the protein holds on to the water which tends to ooze out with age. This results in the spine getting longer and also stronger because of increased bone density.
6. HGH ON CULTURED BONE CELLS (return to top)
Swedish researchers tested HGH on cultured bone cells and found that growth hormone acts directly on the osteoblasts to stimulate new growth of bone. The availability of vitamin D-3 is also increased which when combined with calcium and has been proven to increase bone mineral density and the reduction of fractures among the elderly.
7. POST MENOPAUSAL WOMEN BENEFIT FROM HGH (return to top)
There was also a one week study on post menopausal women which revealed an increase in the level of osteocalcin needed for new bone growth. Although the osteoclast or breakdown of bone continued at the same rate the fact that osteoblasts for bone building increased indicates that the use of G H during every turnover cycle induces a positive bone balance in women.
8. HGH THEARPY UNLIKE DRUGS FORMS BONE (return to top)
All of these studies indicate that research of one year or less is ineffective and misleading as to the benefits of growth hormone in the treatment of osteoporosis and other bone conditions. In the first year growth hormone therapy tends to result in a slight decrease in bone mineral content and bone mass because the bone remodeling process is being restarted. However, after the first year to year and a half the bone mineral content increases along with bone mass so that the reverse is true. To date, new hormone like drugs such Didronel and Fosamax can turn down the metabolism of bone loss and even freeze it. However, it takes a natural anabolic agent like growth hormone to activate growth hormone receptors in the bones and actually form new bone.
9. OTHER IMPORTANT PREVENTATIVES AGAINST OSTEOPOROSIS (return to top)
The use of high quality homeopathic human growth hormone such as Pro-Blen H G H is a very small investment to significantly contribute towards the prevention of the tragedy of osteoporosis that brings humiliating dependency, severe pain and early death. The other important things to do in order to prevent osteoporosis are to get plenty of exercise which should include weight lifting. H G H encourages one to exercise because it also is known to significantly increase ones sense of well-being and thus motivate one towards being more active. Remember to abstain from consuming large quantities of animal protein and dairy products instead taking large quantities of vegetables and fruits which provide calcium and vitamin C for the building of collagen. Remember to get enough vitamin D-3 by spending some time in the sun and if you can’t then take some vitamin D. Also, please do not smoke. Studies show that bone density is 5 to 10% less at menopause in those who smoke.

HGH and The Immune System
HGH GREATLY IMPROVES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
1. HGH REVIVES AND REJUVENTATES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
2. HGH REGROWS ESSENTIAL THYMUS GLAND FOR KILLER T CELLS
3. HGH SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVES ALL ASPECTS OF IMMUNE SYSTEM
4. HGH RESTORES ESSTENTIAL BONE MARROW STEM CELLS
HGH REVIVES AND REJUVENTATES THE IMMUNE SYSTEM (return to top)
HGH and the immune system are very interconnected. A healthy immune system is very important in protection against cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. In fact as age increases the immune system becomes increasingly weak and unable to protect against cancer and other diseases. As the rate of cancer rises with age at the same time the amount of growth hormone (GH) decreases. There is an abundance of data that shows from animal and human studies that HGH revives and rejuvenates the immune system.
HGH REGROWS ESSENTIAL THYMUS GLAND FOR KILLER T CELLS (return to top)
The main organ of the immune system is the thymus gland which is located behind the top of the breastbone. Around age 12 this gland begins to shrink until by age 40 it is around half its former self and by age 60 it is difficult to find. Through the Thymus gland there is the maturation of the T-cell lymphocytes which are the foot soldiers in the battles against disease. As the thymus shrinks there is a rise in diseases associated with aging including cancer. In fact AIDS involves the loss of T cells which brings the breakdown of defense against all kinds of other diseases which means that in a sense AIDS is an accelerated process of aging.` Also, the shrinking of the Thymus is one of the main bio markers of aging. In 1985 Dr. Kelly, a research immunologist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign injected old rats whose thymus had almost disappeared with Growth Hormone 3 cells (GH3) which are cells that secret high quantities of growth hormone (GH). The thymus gland in these old rats grew back to the full size and function of young rats. These old rats also produced more interleukin 2 which is synthesized by T cells and goes down in old rats. Also, Israeli scientists have used bovine growth hormone to reverse shrinking in mice and have shown similar results with dogs.
HGH SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVES ALL ASPECTS OF IMMUNE SYSTEM (return to top)
Tests show the Immune activities that the GH improves are higher activity of natural killer (NK) cells that protect against cancer; increased production of T-cells and interleukin 2, manufacture of new anti-bodies, greater proliferation and activity of disease-fighting white blood cells, increased maturation of neutrophils and white blood cells that are very destructive to microorganisms, increased stimulation of bacteria-engulfing macrophages, increased erythropoiesis, and the increased production of new red blood cells.
HGH RESTORES ESSTENTIAL BONE MARROW STEM CELLS (return to top)
Even more important than the Thymus is the bone marrow of the long bones that are the birth place of all the very important cells including the T cells that mature in the Thymus gland. In the bone marrow are the stem cells that give rise to T cells and the progenitor cells that function to form and develop into red and white blood cells of the immune system. In more recent HGH research Dr. Kelly found that the bone marrow of rodents and old humans was significantly depleted of progenitor cells which give rise to all these important cells of the immune system. When GH was given to the old rats the progenitor cells came back. It is not known how this happens but is believed that somehow the environment where the stems cells sit is blocked with increasing age and that human growth hormone has a way of overcoming this block. According to Greg Fahy, PH.D., and prominent researcher in cellular physiology at the Naval Medical Research Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, there is now the chance of maintaining an immune system at the age of 80 which is similar to age 20 because of what has been shown in animals and is strongly suggestive in humans. In fact, the improvement of the immune system means that many things that change with age are restored such as normal cell division, normal thyroid hormone levels, normal insulin sensitivity, ability to make DNA, normal populations of molecules in the brain that change with age and so on.

HGH and AIDS
HGH HELPS AGAINST AIDS
1. HGH USED TO REVERSE PERNICIOUS WASTING
2. HGH INCREASES BODY MASS, ENDURANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE
3. ONLY HGH INCREASES IMPORTANT MASS TO RESIST AIDS
4. HGH INCREASES OVERALL AVERAGE EFFECT OF LIFE QUALITY
5. HGH REDUCES INFECTION AND INCREASES RESISTANCE TO IT
HGH USED TO REVERSE PERNICIOUS WASTING (return to top)
One of the major reasons for HGH therapy being researched is its possible value to those suffering with AIDS or HIV. A number of clinical trials are now underway. Serostim, a form of recombinant HGH made by the Swiss-based company Serono is now being used to reverse the pernicious form of weight loss seen in later stage AIDS, called “wasting.” Wasting is different from the loss of weight and fat that comes from undereating, this wasting also occurs in later stages of cancer. Wasting is the unintentional loss of weight in which the lean muscle, the body mass, the bones and the body organs are all withering away.
HGH INCREASES BODY MASS, ENDURANCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE (return to top)
Many AIDS experts believe that losing lean body mass contributes to the immune dysfunction and makes it harder for people to fight off life-threatening infections. The wasting process itself, if it goes beyond about 33% of ideal body weight, is incompatible with life, as known from the experience of the concentration camp victims of World War II.
A number of medical centers with AIDS-associated wasting, which is defined as having lost at least 10% of body weight, took part in a study of 178 patients. The patients who received growth hormone therapy gained an average of 6.6 pounds of lean body mass while losing an average of three pounds of fat after three months of treatment. The therapy also resulted in an improvement of their endurance and quality of life.
ONLY HGH INCREASES IMPORTANT MASS TO RESIST AIDS (return to top)
Morris Schambelan, MD, a professor of medicine at the University of California in San Francisco, and also one of the principal investigators, says “At the moment there isn’t another therapy in the late stages of AIDS that has had this kind of effect on the lean body mass.” “There are therapies that can increase weight, such as an appetite stimulant called megestroacetate, but that weight gain tends to be primarily fat. The advantage of growth hormone is that it causes lean body mass to increase.”
HGH INCREASES OVERALL AVERAGE EFFECT OF LIFE QUALITY (return to top)
Dr. Schambelan says that some of the patients are still coming in, even though the original study ended three years ago. “Obviously these are the people who are still alive and doing well and the people who didn’t do well are no longer there, so you can’t talk about the average effect. I think that the anecdotal experience is that for the people who continue to take the drug, who continue to eat, and don’t get serious opportunistic infections, they have had a very robust response. The medication has increased the benefits. The gain in lean body mass that they had in their three months of the study has doubled or tripled over the next year or two.”
HGH REDUCES INFECTION AND INCREASES RESISTANCE TO IT (return to top)
Although human growth hormone does not cure AIDS, there is some evidence that it may lengthen the life of the AIDS patient. The increase in lean body mass may make the AIDS patient less vulnerable to infection. When given with antiviral agents such as AZT, human growth hormone did not cause any increase in the amount of HIV. In fact, human growth hormone has been shown to stimulate the formation of new red blood cells, which are depleted by AZT. Even more exciting, HGH also appears to reduce the incidence of AIDS-associated infections, such as polycystic pneumonia and Kaposi’s sarcoma. HGH can rejuvenate the immune system, if it can actually strengthen the ability of HIV+ patients to resist infectious diseases, it may improve both the quality and the quantity of their lives.

HGH and The Heart
HGH IMPROVES HEART AND CARDIAC FUNCTION

7. HEALTHY ADULTS IMPROVE HEART WITH HGH
8. HGH REVERSES ARTERIOSCLEROSIS – REMOVES BAD LDL
HEALTHY HEART REQUIRES 21 YEAR OLD LEVELS OF HGH (return to top)
Studies show that too little Human Growth Hormone (HGH) or too much causes increased frequency of heart disease. For example, those who have acromegaly – a disease due to the overproduction of HGH – have far greater risk of heart disease. However, when there is just the right amount of HGH it does wonders in improving the health of the heart. The average person starts to lose hgh after age 21 and does not have enough of it by their mid thirties.
STUDY SHOWS HGH REGROWS HEART TO BETTER FUNCTION (return to top)
In a 1996 study published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine, five men and two women who had moderate to severe heart failure were given 4 IU of HGH every other day for three months along with the standard treatments for their condition. The HGH increased the thickness of the left ventricular wall, enhanced the ability of the heart to contract and pump out blood, reduced the oxygen required by the heart, improved the capacity to exercise and the patients overall quality of life.
HGH RESCUES PATIENT FROM HEART TRANSPLANT (return to top)
A GH deficient patient at St. Thomas’ Hospital in London had congestive heart failure that failed to respond to conventional medical treatment. His situation degenerated to the point where he became a candidate for a heart transplant. Dr. Peter Sonksen, a pioneer in growth hormone research decided to give his patient HGH because there was no donor available. The result was astounding. The treatment increased heart ability to contract and the peripheral circulation improved so much that the patient no longer required a transplant. Many studies show that GH deficient patients treated with HGH increase the thickness of the left ventricular mass, raise the cardiac output, strengthen the stroke volume, and improve the overall pumping of the heart which one would think would cause an increase in blood pressure. However, the diastolic blood pressure goes down which means the body somehow compensates for increased output by decreasing peripheral resistance in the arteries and capillaries so that blood pressure remains low.
STUDIES SHOW HGH PROTECTS HEART AFTER HEART ATTACK (return to top)
Studies on animals show the HGH protects the cells of the heart and brain from dying after a heart attack. When cells die in the brain and heart after a heart attack the cells can never be replaced which means the damage is irreversible with loss possibly being in areas such as movement, memory, clear thinking and so on. Researchers produced heart attacks in rats and then immediately gave them one of three treatments, a placebo, HGH, or IGF-1 which is produced through HGH. When they autopsied the groups which had received HGH or IGF-1 there was far less damage than the placebo group. A similar study on animals in Auckland, New Zealand revealed that IGF-1 when given after the injury to the brain actually rescued brain cells.
TWICE THE NUMBER HEART DEATHS IN HGH DEFICIENT ADULTS (return to top)
In a study done by Bengtsson of the university of Goteborg at Sahlgrenska Hospital on 333 patients that were matched with the same age and sex with severe HGH deficiency it was found that there was twice the number of deaths from heart disease. What was found was that these had a higher fat to lean ratio and in particular this was concentrated in the abdomen area which is the area known to raise the risk of heart attacks.
HGH RAISES GOOD CHOLESTEROL, LOWERS BLOOD PRESSURE (return to top)
Secondly, their cholesterol levels were normal but when the cholesterol was split between LDL and HDL cholesterol it was far from normal. LDL which is low-density lipoproteins is a bad kind of cholesterol which clogs the artery walls and can cause heart attacks and strokes. HDL meaning high-density protein is the good cholesterol which actually sucks the bad LDL from the artery walls and carries it to the liver which harmlessly disposes of it. Also, these had high levels of triglycerides which are associated with heart disease and diabetes. They also had increased fibrinogen, a blood protein that promotes clot formation and higher levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) which prevents the body from dissolving clots. They also had higher than normal blood pressure and increased insulin resistance. Strangely, in children who are HGH deficient this is the opposite with greater sensitivity and tending to hypoglycemia. When these patients were given HGH it had the profound effect of clearing the deep fat in the abdomen as well as an overall trimming of fat and increase in lean body mass. Their HDL was raised and the LDL which clogs arteries was lowered and after six months of using HGH their diastolic blood pressure was reduced by 10 percent although the systolic pressure did not change. It was at one time thought that HGH would raise blood pressure but now numerous trials on patients have shown the opposite.
HEALTHY ADULTS IMPROVE HEART WITH HGH (return to top)
Also, these benefits are not limited to patients with GH deficiency due to disease. For example, a study in Germany found that the more HGH that normal men and women had naturally the more higher is the level of the health cholesterol or HDL. This same thing happened in people who took HGH for the purpose of their own well being in the study conducted by Doctor Edmund Chein and L. Cass Terry, M.D., who amassed clinical data from more than 800 patients.
HGH REVERSES ARTERIOSCLEROSIS – REMOVES BAD LDL (return to top)
Bengtsson also points out that HGH acts directly on the root cause of most heart disease and heart attacks. This is because GH enhances the metabolism in the liver by increasing the number of LDL receptors in the cells of the liver which removes the bad LDL cholesterol from the arteries. He expects future studies will actually prove that HGH can reverse arteriosclerosis. In the past most focused on the plaques in the arteries but now the focus is shifting on it being a metabolic disease with the focus on the liver. Several studies show that HGH may protect against chronic heart failure.

HGH SHOWS PROMISE AGAINST LUNG DISEASES (return to top)
The studies on HGH and lung health are very significant. A short term study of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by David Clemmons, chief of endocrinology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill discovered that a mere 3 weeks of HGH treatment actually reversed the decline in breathing capacity. These patients were in the last stages of their disease with significant weight loss and the ability to expand their lungs during breathing. In this study HGH raised the maximum inspiratory force by 10 to 12 millimeters on average and also increased the maximum expiratory force. For patients in this condition going from 25 millimeters to 38 millimeters is a very big help and shows promising treatment for emphysema and other chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
HGH REGROWS LUNGS AND SIGNFICANTLY INCREASES FUNCTION (return to top)
In fact there is now research that shows that growth hormone re grows lung tissue and restores respiratory function. Also, because HGH makes the heart a better pump by multiplying the number of heart cells and increasing the thickness of the left ventricle wall it enhances the ability of one to exercise by raising maximum oxygen uptake, stroke volume and cardiac output. HGH increases the most significant measurement of lung function known as FEV1 or vital capacity. Vital capacity is the total volume of air expelled from the lungs by breathing out as hard as one can. It is the ability to force air from the lungs in one second by breathing out as hard as one can after breathing in as hard as one can.
HGH LONG TERM LUNG IMPROVEMENT TAKES OVER ONE YEAR (return to top)
One study by Bengtsson and Rosen found no improvement after HGH administration for 6 months, however, after 1 year of HGH treatment the vital capacity improved which reversed the deterioration in lung function. Vital capacity declines in a straight line with age and is regarded as one of the best indicators of how long a person will live. So here we have HGH altering one of the most significant bio markers of longevity and aging. It has also been observed by Dr. Baxas that patients on HGH can hold their breath under water longer. The increased ability in patients with lung disease for breathing capacity is most likely due to HGH causing the lung to grow and increase in size.

1. HGH STRENGTHENS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM TO FIGHT CANCER (return to top)
The studies showing the benefits of Hgh on the immune system are truely amazing and important for the prevention of cancer. It is important that you click here to read about these studies and benefits to the immune system.
2. STUDIES SHOWING EVIDENCE HGH PREVENTS CANCER (return to top)
HGH and cancer have been made into a big concern by the media and all kinds of misconstrued hype and misleading so called clinical trials. In earlier testing with human growth hormone there was some serious concern for researchers and physicians about the possibility of getting cancer with HGH therapy. Insulin Growth Factor One (IGF-1) and HGH both stimulated the growth of leukemia and cancer cells in culture and large doses of GH induced cancer in laboratory animals and promoted tumors in rats. However, according to Pharmacia Upjohn (1998) specific tests for cancer causing potential have not been done with HGH and tests in cells in culture and on chromosomes in living animals have not revealed evidence of mutation which is the first step in the development of cancer.
Also, Dr. Edmund Chein treated 800 patients with HGH between 1994 and 1996 who were all over 40 which considering their age and the normal incidence rate of cancer means some of them should have gotten cancer and yet none did which indicates a protective effect from HGH replacement. Also, even more compelling is the fact that PSA levels, a marker of prostrate problems including cancer did not increase in any of the male patients. In one case a patient came to Chein with very high PSA levels of 50 to 60 (normal 0.0 to 4.0 and men with cancer 10 to 20s) This patient refused surgery and instead Chein treated him with GH along with DHEA and melatonin but not testosterone. The mans PSA levels came down to a range of 5 to 7. It is speculated that the reason this happened is because human growth hormone stimulated the immune system with its natural killer cells which effectively destroyed the cancer cells.
“A number of long-term studies have been underway in the U.S. and abroad for nearly 15 years and have followed over 65,000 children and 6,000 adults treated with HGH. Reports from these phase IV studies are published annually and, to date, none has established a link between HGH treatment and an increased risk of any type of cancer. Recently, a comprehensive study reviewed the real risks facing children with brain tumors who were treated with growth hormone. This population has, traditionally, been considered at high-risk for tumor recurrence. The researchers found that the risk of tumor recurrence was, in fact, lower in the hGH-treated group as compared to the untreated group. Let’s review the specifics. In this study 1 , one of the largest HGH published studies of its kind, researchers reviewed the medical records of 1071 pediatric patients with brain tumors treated at the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, England between 1965 and 1996. Of these, 180 patients had received HGH subsequent to their radiotherapy treatment and 891 patients received just radiotherapy but not hGH. In the hGH-treated group, 35 first recurrences were reported while in the untreated group there were 434 first recurrences. As such, the risk of having a recurrence of the brain tumor in the hGH-treated group compared with the untreated group was significantly less, as was the risk of death. These results are consistent with other literature published on the topic indicating that hGH therapy does not increase the risk of tumor formation. Renasci Anti-Aging Center continually monitors data from the following phase IV clinical trials: National Cooperative Growth Study (NCGS), National Cooperative Somatotropin Study (NCSS), Kabi International Growth Study (KIGS), and Kabi International Metabolic Study (KIMS). These long-term surveillance studies, conducted in the U.S. and Europe, continue to be important not only in tracking the benefits of hGH therapy but also in identifying and evaluating potential risks. 3. MISINFORMATION ABOUT INCREASED CANCER RISK (return to top)
Some in the Medical Community are saying that those with higher levels of Insulin Growth Factor One (IGF-1) have a higher risk for cancer. Obviously this should cause genuine concern. There is also more extended studies supporting this.
4. LARGE MISGUIDED DOSES OF HGH CAN KILL (return to top)
If direct HGH injections are ignorantly or blatantly used in a far higher and more frequent amount than the body can naturally produce it will significantly increase the risk of cancer. While there is no documented studies that show bodybuilders taking abusive amounts of between 10 and 100 times physiologic replacement levels have increased deaths, medical workers and researchers have seen the unmistakable side effects. In fact, Dr. Robert Goldman, president of the National Academy of Sports Medicine says, “I have seen people die from this. One of them was a 44 year old athlete who died of a massive heart attack.” Athletes that do this are in the same risk category as Acromegalics who have a condition that pours abnormal amounts of HGH into their system. They have a higher mortality rate in cancer deaths, heart attack deaths and death from diabetes. Today even needle injected HGH is administered at safe levels and proper frequency.
5. STUDIES AND ARGUMENTS AGAINST HGH THEARPY (return to top)
However, there are professionals that do indicate far greater concern about cancer from needle injected HGH. For example, (Check it out) Samuel S. Epstein, M.D., Professor Environmental Medicine, University of Illinois School of Public Health, Chicago, and Chairman of the Cancer Prevention Coalition is very critical of using any type of HGH and points to prestigious peer reviewed scientific journals showing that elevated IGF-1 levels are strongly associated with major excess risks of colon, prostate, and breast cancers. It would be good if he actual showed these to see if they really apply or exist. However, he then says an amazing statement, “It should, however, be recognized that HGH absorption from the mouth and gut is unlikely to be significant, in striking contrast to complete absorption from injectable medication. Nevertheless, nutritional HGH supplements should be phased out until it can be shown that they do not elevate blood IGF-1 levels.” Here is a strong critic of today’s HGH therapy making it clear that our type of product, Pro-Blen HGH is exceptionally safe compared to the needle injected HGH that he claims he has evidence to show causes cancer. One has to seriously question and investigate if the evidence is really valid and serious that increased IGF-1 increases cancer risk when, for example, looking at the evidence against HGH replacement present in the next paragraph below. In fact the evidence points strongly the other way when looking at the up to date large clinical studies mentioned in the 2nd paragraph below.
A recent study reported in the July 27, 2002, issue of The Lancet, suggests a link between cancer and HGH replacement therapy. However, they then say, that the hormone received by the people in the study came from human tissue, a practice that was discontinued when it was linked to the risk of inducing Creutzfeldt Jakob disease. Since 1985, patients treated with HGH have received a genetically engineered synthetic protein, and there are no data on whether this treatment modality is risky. The authors also said the findings should be interpreted cautiously because of the small numbers of patients in the cohort, and they emphasized the need for additional data from other sources. Also there is no evidence has linked HGH to cancer in athletes.
6. ADVICE ON THE CONCERN ABOUT CANCER (return to top)
All of this points to very strong evidence that HGH Pro-Blen homeopathic products are safe in regards to increasing the risk of cancer and will probably even prevent cancer. Even if there is a slight increase of risk for cancer the chances are far greater of dying from an heart attack than cancer and tests clearly show HGH therapy strengthens the heart and cardiovascular system. However, the very best thing to do is to take other anti-aging products that have been proven to protect from things like breast cancer.
7. ASSURED ADDITIONAL STEPS AND INFO LINKS AGAINST CANCER (return to top)
The following links show in detail how to strongly protect yourself from cancer. If you go to http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag96/96jan1h.htm you will read there the following: “Anti-aging cell renewal hormones, precursor hormones and their metabolites include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, growth hormone, and insulin growth factors (ICF-1 and IGF-2).
The cell renewal properties of these hormones make them ideal anti-aging therapies. However, a significant risk factor in using growth hormones is the possibility that improper levels, or an inadequate balance of these hormones, may promote cancer cell proliferation. This can never happen with homeopathic hgh which is over the counter in the US and exceptionally safe. In fact in 100 years of homeopathic useage there has not been one reported side effect.
Until we have a cure for cancer, following our recommended guidelines should provide women with significant life extension benefits without increased risk of breast (and other types) of cancer.
So here are the recommended guidelines to prevent this danger. The whole article including the summary is at: http://www.lef.org/protocols/prtcl-022.shtml

1. HGH IN THE BRAIN (return to top)
One of the most powerful and noticeable effects of human growth hormone (HGH) is on the many benefits it brings the brain. HGH benefits for the brain are profound and long term. It is a known fact that there are many receptors in different parts of the brain for HGH but how in the world can HGH get to those receptors?
HGH is such a large protein of 191 amino acids and the brain is protected from substances floating in the blood by a tight network of cells know as the blood brain barrier which means it should be impossible to pass through. If somehow this large molecule is screened through it would show up with a spinal tap in the cerebrospinal fluid which runs from the brain after giving patients injections of human growth hormone. When this was done there was great surprise to discover there was a tenfold increase in the cerebrospinal fluid of HGH after injecting patients with HGH.
2. HGH AND BRAIN CELL DEATH (return to top)
One of the major causes that makes cells degrade with age is the generation of oxygen free-radicals (free-radicals are destructive unstable particles) in all the cells that use oxygen to produce energy. This for example, is a major factor in the cause of neurodegenerative diseases in the brain such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other neurodegenerative diseases. It is believed that these radicals in turn activate destructive enzymes called proteases that damage and degrade the protein in the cells so that eventually the cells dies. Antioxidants like vitamin C and vitamin E can remove much of these oxygen free radicals and keep the proteases from becoming active. But HGH can act directly on these protease by activating a cellular defense force called protease inhibitors which means that though there still may be some free radicals in the cell the protease inhibitors prevent them from doing their destructive work. Laboratory experiments show that animals were protected from the free radical killing effects of radiation and hyperoxia when given growth hormone (GH). Animals were given a mixture of 98 percent oxygen which at this concentration is toxic and very lethal over time and yet all these animals survived which were given GH. As you age you are releasing less HGH, your immune response is decreasing, and at the same time the amount of oxygen free radicals is increasing. Without GH in the cell the proteases activated by oxygen free radicals are free to tear up the cells proteins. Evidence shows that GH also stops apoptosis, programmed cell death. This is not caused by random events like free radicals from the environment or oxygen free radicals but by the cell’s inner clock telling it that it is time to die. A great deal of apoptosis takes place during aging and fetal development. In fact the development of living organisms from a single fertilized egg cannot occur without the planned apoptosis death of many of the cells. Organs and the organism can only be formed as the masses of cells are formed by apoptosis of cells just like a sculptor chisels away at a mass of marble. Many scientists believe the same process occurs in our later years with programmed cell death in the brain, heart, bone marrow and else where but with the emergence of death instead of new life. Scientists have shown that when they introduce an apoptosis-associated protease gene into brain cells the cells die but the cells survive when they cause them to make protease inhibitors that block apoptosis. This indicates that taking GHQ can stimulate cells in the brain to make protease inhibitors and thus help stop apoptosis or programmed cell death in the brain.
3. REVERSING BRAIN SHRINKAGE (return to top)
Our brain reaches its largest size at age 20 when it is about 3 pounds and then begins to shrink until by age ninety it would be 10% less in weight then its largest size at age 20. Some gerontologists believe this shrinkage is due to the loss of 50,000 to 100,000 brain cells a day that occurs as one ages. However, experts in the field of neuroscience like Robert Terry at the University of California in San Diego say this loss is not that brain cells are dying. Rather they are shrinking in a way that is causing the dendritic connections to be lost – that is the branch like projections that spread between the cells in every direction to hook up with other cells. The brain cannot sprout new neurons in the same way that the skin, blood or intestines can grow new cells. However, the same growth factors that heal wounds and re grow skin, muscle, collagen, blood, and other tissue also grow peripheral dendrites and nerves. When the brain is stimulated with growth factors, neurons can re grow dendritic connections including other cells like glial cells which nourish the neurons. Elderly rats who had nerve growth factor injected into their brains were able to swim through a maze in water while the untreated rats of the same age were not able to do so. Also, Marian Diamond, Ph.D., professor of anatomy at the University of California at Berkeley showed that when putting rats into a brain rich environment with ladders, bells, wheels and other rodent goodies it caused new dendrites to sprout to the extent that their cortex increased by 5 percent. In essence she changed the brains of old rats into that of young rats. Also it is known that growth hormone plays a major role in the brains of new borns and young animals stimulating the growth of neurons, the mesage-carrying cells of the nervous system, and the glial cells, which support the neurons, and enlarging the brain and the skull size. Also, tests in rats have shown it increases the cells of the myelin sheath that insulates the central nervous system. It is the destruction of the myelin sheath that causes the symptoms of multiple sclerosis.
4. HGH and NEURODEGENERATIVE DISEASE (return to top)
Insulin Growth Factor One (IGF-1) which is produced through HGH and is the indicator of the level of HGH has been shown to regenerate nerve tissue damaged by injury or illness. When applied to nerve cells in culture and in animals it repaired peripheral nerves such as the ones that supply the arms and legs and also the nerves of the central nervous and spinal cord system. The progression Lou Gehrig’s disease in mice has been stopped by nerve growth factors which are stimulated by GH which means GH is almost certainly a candidate for this disease in humans. Also, GH is found in the brain cells that control motor activity and this activity is impaired in Parkinson’s patients and has been normalized in dwarfed mice that were given GH therapy. GH also helps motor activity by stimulating the growth of myelin sheath on nerve cells which makes it a potential treatment for multiple sclerosis. Also, some experts believe multi-hormone treatment with GH is a very useful treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. This is because the brain which at age ninety is the size it was when we were three can be restored through GH replacement it’s more natural form and metabolism by adding water to the tissues and removing fat. Sam Baxas, M.D., of Baxamed Clinic in Switzerland has been treating patients with Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s, Lou Gehrig’s disease and other degenerative muscular and nervous diseases for twenty – two years (as of 1997) with cell therapy injections. Seven years ago, Baxas added growth hormone replacement to his regimen for those with deficient GH levels. “The combination has been really explosive. We are healing just about everything-heart disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, muscle wasting diseases, Lou Gehrig’s disease (amyotrophic Lateral sclerosis), Parkinson’s, lupus erythematosus, all the auto immune diseases you get when your immune system goes haywire. We are very successful in treating AIDS patients. We are healing them.” Baxas believes that GH and cell therapy work by rejuvenating the cells of the body and brain and calls them “anti-thanatopsis” which is the Greek word for death. He says, “if you take a petri dish with cells in it that have stopped dividing and put cell therapy or growth hormone in there, the cells start dividing again. With growth hormone and cell therapy, we can slow down and even stop the aging process, even turn it back a little.”
5. HGH FOR A YOUNGER MIND SET (return to top)
HGH changes the concentrations of certain neurotransmitters (brain chemical messengers). It raises the level of B-endorphin while lowering dopamine. B-endorphin is responsible for the high feeling that comes after intense exercise and has also been called the brains own morphine. Dopamine on the other hand is known to produce feelings of agitation which means less of it should lean to better feelings. This clearly indicates a strong anti depressive effect on the brain. Far more deeper than this is the fact that tests show that children that are emotionally deprived of love fail to grow as a result. This phenomenon is known as psycho social growth failure and it is known that these children have lower growth hormone levels. In other words, loving, touching, holding and nurturing children should stimulate growth hormone levels and cause a greater sense of well being while the opposite should stunt their physical growth. Some patients have even said that they found HGH more effective in relieving depression than Prozac, a famed antidepressant. This most likely one of the main reasons why people when they are older do not have the enthusiasm and passion required to live life to the fullest. We become more wary and less willing to try something new. We feel it takes too much energy and effort and would rather stay home in front on the TV.
6. MEMORY AND COGNITION (return to top)
According to Jan Berend Deijen and a team of Dutch scientists at the Free University Hospital in Amsterdam growth hormone may be especially important in memory and cognitive performance. They studied male patients who were lacking a number of pituitary hormones including HGH. They found a direct correlation between lower levels of IGF-1 (Insulin Growth Factor One) which is an indication of GHQ production and the ability to process flash information (iconic memory), long term memory, and perceptual-motor skills such as hand-eye coordination. In this research as well as that of others GHQ replacement in GH-deficient adults improves cognition (our ability to think and reason) as well as memory. In fact in children who were GHQ deficient and were given HGH before the age of five there was increased head size and higher IQs and better grades at school. Also there has been notable increase in reaction times. Some older people in their late forties have tested their reaction time with young people in their twenties to catching a falling ruler and found that they were twice as fast as these young people in their early twenties
