Secretagogues or certain combinations of amino acids which some also refer to as amino acid stacks. This particular amino acids are able to penetrate the blood brain barrier when taken two hours before after a meal. This causes stimulation in the pituitary gland, which releases HGH into the blood where it only stays for a few minutes and is then taken up into the liver. The liver converts human growth hormone into insulin growth factor one also known as also known as IGF-I. Insulin growth factor I then travels to all parts of the body and basically attaches to the cells in the body and sends a message inside the cell telling the cell to repair itself. Taking secretagogues before or after a meal consistently over a period of six months to a year will cause the organs in those from their mid-30s and up to grow back towards the size of when they were younger and with better function. Secretagogues will not raise insulin growth factor up as high as needle injectable HGH but still increase insulin growth factor one enough to bring about the same results over a period of time. It is difficult to remember to take a product such as secretagogues because it has to be taken at least two hours after or before meal. The advantages of secretagogues are that they are inexpensive and completely natural. This means that there will not be unhealthy side effects because they work with the body to increase the anabolic and regenerative processes.
