How do i get my sexual longevity back to normal? what could be the causes of it dissipating?
I have had the same girlfriend for 6 months and the sex has been amazing for both of us the entire span of the relationship.. Neither of us like condoms and we choose for me not to use one. Lately i have not been able to last as long as i had once been. Even without a condom i used to b able to last a good 30 min before going. Now it seems as if it is 5 minutes tops before i have to go orgasm.. Erections are not a problem i can orgasm then get another erection in no time. the only problem is, is that i have to constantly stop or pause so as not to go too early.. any insight as to what might be the issue would help. Could it be that i think about it too much?

Is it true that the way to longevity is by eating raw foods. a live food diet?
apparently on live fods you dont have to contribute enzymes from your body because live food has its own enzymes to start and end the digestive process. it does get kinda boring though. like all i can ever seem to eat on a live food diet is bananas and apples i hate avocados , i also have nuts which i find extremely boring and mundane to eat, and seeds boringggggg you need to be a special kinda person to sustain a live food diet for months lol.

I can picture it but can't think of the name for it. It's a big tree that is quite old. You often see it in naturopathic magazines or in health logos.

Family and Longevity?
My family doesn't live long.My Dad broke all records by making it to 65 before he had a stroke. My 2 uncles died at 49 and 51. Mom and grandmothers all died by the time they were 55 due to the breast cancer gene in my family. My 2 cousins died at 45 and 55 to cancer.I don't drink, I don't smoke. I am overweight but I carry it well. I am deaf, but that's neither here nor there.I try to watch my diet, no fried foods, no saturated fats where I can help it.I am 53 years old. Are there any tests I can have done to give me a comprehensive idea of my overall health?
Shin Splints? Longevity and Future Weaknesses? ?
I'm sure someone has answered my question, but I'm just to lazy to search intensively for it. Anyways, yesterday I noticed I got some mild shin splints. Of course, both legs. And I'm wondering that if once you get them, do they ever go away? Or is it like a broken bone, do you always risk getting them again more then if you never had them to begin with?Reason I ask is that I work out fairly often. I used to be kind of chubby and so almost for the past year, I've been on a somewhat intensive running schedule and so on. And honestly I hate NOT running, so everyday I have to spent recovering these splints is a day I'm not running and as self conscious as it sounds, is another day I get closer to not being fit. Never before have I had this problem, but when I ran yesterday it was after I noticed I had kind of a difficult time as the muscles or ligaments below my groin, but still in my leg, felt stretched or stiff. One or the other.Other tid bit information I run on a treadmill? I don't know if that would make a difference. Usually two miles a day with an intensive speed on and off I'll run 11MPH and then walk for a few minutes and then run again for the same time I'm not sure if any of this is relevant, but just so I don't get answers I'm not necessarily looking for. Thanks to everyone who answers.
