Is bodybuilding healthy?
I am getting serious into bodybuilding but in order to gain serious muscle you have to limit cardio if doing it at all. I want to add bulk and I have but I feel like by not doing any cardio I am not getting any healthier...true or is weight lifting good enough? Stupid question but how do serious body builders balance it out and still see awesome results
Strength and bodybuilding training, both at same time?
I am just starting to work out, and I have been reading a lot online. I know that heavier weights with less reps and more break time between sets makes you stronger, and lighter weights with more reps and less rest makes your muscles bigger. Would it work to alternate my workouts between the two if I want some of both, especially increasing size?
Help/advise on my bodybuilding and dietary plans?
OK, I work the chest muscles, triceps, biceps and shoulders on the 1st day cardiothen I work the legs, abdomen and the buttocks on the 2nd day while the muscles worked from the night before are relaxing cardiothen back to working on the muscles worked from the 1st day ...and so onI eat mostly cheeseburgers, pizzas the processed ones you get from the hypermarkets , 6 tablespoons of caffeinated coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar a day, whey protein drinks the rest of the day and fish fingersbut I do have 4 meals a day usually a cheeseburger every three hours20 cigarettes a day and a multivitamin tablet a dayIs this the best way to gain muscle? Are there any changes needed to improve on my bodybuilding routines or my diet, or are my routines and diet OK?Thank you very much for your help

My friend eats what he likes when bodybuilding?
He eats alot of protein and fats, bad fats such as chocolate ice cream ect, he said he dont care if he gets fat for awhile because he will just burn it all off after hes done bodybuilding, Can it be done this way? if so does anyone else do it

Hi guys. I just joined a gym but the trainer there is not very helpfull and has a bad attitude. i really want to build a muscular body bt im not sure where to start . I dono if i can lift weights bacause i have no1 to train with. Could sum1 please help
How should I start bodybuilding?
Hey there,I am 17 years old this year and I really would like to start bodybuilding as I am quite frail and thin. 60kgs,171cm Back when I was 16,I went on a crazy diet that I lost 20kgs in a matter of months,which sadly resulted in the formation of stretch marks and now I am pretty much regretting it. However,I would like to move on and start exercising to build a better body.People say that my legs are already quite well developed. So,I would like to concentrate on my arms and abs for now. So, do you guys have any tips on how I should start bodybuilding? i.e. Diet Plans and Exercise Regimes and what equipments would I need to accomplish my goals?Thank you very much for the help.Cheers

What is the right age to start bodybuilding?
I'm 23.... am I late to start? I did not to any workouts till now... Will my muscles cooperate for bodybuilding? Will there be any side effects if i start bodybuilding at this age?
How can I gain weight by bodybuilding?
I'm looking to add on 10 20 lbs of muscle.. I've been working out with different routines over the past year but have had no results in the past few months no matter what I do. Is This Enough Muscle To Enter A Bodybuilding Competition?
I asked this earlier, but I need more responses...There's a bodybuilding competition in my town in about a month. I've had people at the gym tell me I should enter as an amateur, but I'm still not sure. I want to enter it, but I'm not sure if I look like a bodybuilder.
