Question: Looking for home remedies for "swimmers ear" infection?

I've had swimmer ear before, but it has been a while. Now it is back, and I dont have insurance. I have tried peroxide, neosporin, red wine vinegar, and an over the counter earache relief product called, 'similasan ". The peroxide seems to work best, but it has been 10 days now, and the infection still persist! Anybody got any other home remedy ideas?
