I am also sleeping 8 to 9 hours per day, following proper oral hygiene and grooming and am feeling happier without taking pills.My supplementation is as follows 3000 mg Alaska Fish Oil700 mg Calcium500 mg Vitamin C1100 IU Vitamin D52 g Anabolic Protein500 mg Resveratrol a powerful antioxidant akin to Acai berry I am also drinking green tea 3 times per day and limiting my dietary intake to 1800 calories per day.Currently I weigh 185 pounds and am 6' 3" tall. I'm 35 years old.If anyone has any decent input or can add to this recommend something YOU do I would very much like to hear about it.BTW I feel GREAT Better than I felt in my 20's.

I am half arabic, half italian and love mediterranean food more than anything else, but have no idea about the nutritional benefits of the foods.
