Question: What is hgh and can it help with longevity (anti-aging)?

While its true that Human Growth Hormone supplements are used by body builders, the hormone can help reverse the aging process, believe it or not. We produce less of the HGH hormone as we age and problems can occur. HGH is Human Growth Hormone. It is popular amongst body builders. For anti aging, try an antioxidant. Vitamin E is a good one. You get a lot of antioxidants from fruit. |

Human Growth Hormone. Its the stuff that makes you grow muscle and get tall (before bone closure). Its very expensive and is used by bodybuilders in conjunction with steroids to grow massive cartoon like muscle. Given to a healthy adult, it will almost reverse the clock making you leaner and more muscular. But, like steroids, it is not without its side effects. Its not a supplement it is a hormone drug. |

HGH has so many benefits I can't even begin listing them here. Weight lifting is one way to produce growth hormone naturally. I would be using HGH right now if I could afford it. Beware of HGH scams. There is only one way to take it that will work, and that is to inject it. Every other way does not work, so don't waste your money. |

Yeah it is probably not wise to take HGH, however I love the supplement I take that has HGHR; its a safer & natural way to stimulate HGH production in my own body. And I can feel the difference in just a few months so I know its working! I have done the research on Longevity pills and I know its got a lot of studies behind it. I am 61 and feel like I'm 45 again. Try it for yourself, I believe there's a guarantee. |

It takes more than just antioxidants to prevent symptoms of aging and in todays world, with all the advances in science & technology, theres no reason to suffer from "old age. " Since increasing my HGH production with high quality supplements my mind is clearer & people think I;m 10 years younger. Antiaging products have come a long way and you don't need drugs. Far as I can see, Longevity has the highest rating for these types of supplements & I would recommend it. |
