1.Eat a varied and healthy diet - fruit, veg, dairy products, meat, fish 2.Don't smoke 3.Drink alcohol in moderation 4.Exercise regularly to maintain body tone, bone density and muscle mass and to keep your weight constant at a healthy level 5.Live in a happy and supportive relationship with friends and family 6.Have a positive and optimistic outlook on life. 7.Live life fully in here and now - don't wait for tomorrow or live in the past.

*Exercise--you have to keep on moving! *Try a diet loaded with: whole grain breads and pastas; fresh fruits; steamed or cold veggies/ smoothies/ V-8; nuts; cheese; yogurt; garlic; olive oil; fish/ seafood; poultry (or pork); and eggs. Also eat steak/ hamburger/ roast beef/ lamb six to 10 times each month. Don't buy processed meals. Only have dessert twice a week; cut out refined sugars otherwise.
